About Space Asics

The SPACE ASICS S.A. key personnel has acquired pioneering expertise in radiation hardening of complex mixed signal Analog/Digital ASICs and Systems on a Chip (SOC) by custom design, through their 25-year long research work at the Space Research Laboratory of the Democritus University of Thrace and their participation in a series of advanced space technology projects for international missions (including: CASSINI, IMAGE, CONTOUR, MESSENGER, STEREO, PLUTO NEW HORIZONS, etc.) 

Since its establishment, SPACE-ASICS has completed the development of space qualified  Rad-Hard, Low power, Mixed Signal ASICs for ESA projects and is currently continuing with the development of new state-of-the-art components, which are very much needed in the European Market.

The Company Executive Management and Board of Directors has an over 20 years experience in Technical Management in the highest rank positions of leading high tech and quality control companies, such as Hewlett Packard Europe and LOYDS S.E. Europe.

A long-term strategy of SPACE-ASICS is to exploit this technology so as to enter other high reliability markets such as the military, medical and high temperature.
